This investment also enables us to comprehensively optimise our processes and realise numerous benefits. In this case, cooling water connections or so-called hose connectors are produced efficiently and gently.<\/p>\n<p>The latest investment allows us to automate and interlink our processes so that we can achieve seamless integration and a smooth workflow. Cost optimisation is significantly increased through more efficient processes and reduced material usage, while cycle time optimisation enables higher production speeds and shorter throughput times.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, our tools benefit from an extended tool life, reducing the need for tool changes and further increasing efficiency. The machine is also characterised by increased energy efficiency, which is achieved through the use of servo technology and energy recovery systems. This not only helps to reduce costs, but also contributes to our sustainability strategy.<\/p>\n<p>The user-friendliness and ergonomic design of the machine ensure easy handling and improve the working conditions for our employees.<\/p>\n<p>With the new investment, we are therefore ideally equipped to offer our customers even more powerful and efficient
