Pero casi nadie sabe que <strong>KOHLHAGE<\/strong> E-Tech ha fabricado actualmente el bastidor del techo del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo surgi\u00f3? Hace poco m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o, <strong>KOHLHAGE<\/strong> E-Tech pudo hacerse con los conocimientos de producci\u00f3n de Pfeiffer Biegetechnik de Finnentrop en el marco de un acuerdo de activos. Pfeiffer Biegetechnik, antes conocida como constructora de m\u00e1quinas de estirado y plegado, ya hab\u00eda suministrado m\u00e1quinas para la producci\u00f3n de componentes de la carrocer\u00eda para el lanzamiento al mercado del AMG GT en 2014. En estas m\u00e1quinas se han fabricado vigas de t\u00fanel, elementos de pared frontal, puntales transversales y marcos de techo.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div  class='flex_column av-1zv0mo-d9d094e8eafb1496b9a86fe1ae324897 av_one_half  avia-builder-el-3  el_after_av_one_half  el_before_av_one_full  flex_column_div  '     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-l2kkyz9j-cb6677fedcd8eb09aad9e695cf33d9ca '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Sin embargo, desde entonces, el productor original de estas piezas ha reducido su capacidad de producci\u00f3n. Para el fabricante, esto significaba tener que encontrar una alternativa de producci\u00f3n. Y aqu\u00ed es exactamente donde entra <strong>KOHLHAGE<\/strong> E-Tech. Las m\u00e1quinas, las herramientas necesarias y, sobre todo, los conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos estaban disponibles en <strong>KOHLHAGE<\/strong> E-Tech, por lo que la empresa del Grupo <strong>KOHLHAGE<\/strong> obtuvo el pedido.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPara nosotros, por supuesto, era una gran oportunidad\u00bb, dice Uwe Hellbach, director de proyectos de piezas curvadas por estiramiento en <strong>KOHLHAGE<\/strong> E-Tech. \u00abHemos podido demostrar nuestras capacidades y ahora estamos en conversaciones para que se nos permita producir m\u00e1s piezas curvadas por estiramiento para otros veh\u00edculos. Actualmente ya tenemos seis prototipos m\u00e1s en fase de muestreo con clientes.
